JENNIFER WASSERSTEIN is a Partner at Immigration Law Group.  Ms. Wasserstein's specialization is employment-based immigrant visas through the labor certification/PERM process.  She manages ILG's nationally renowned PERM practice. She is also skilled at national interest waiver (NIW) filings, extraordinary ability filings (EB-1), as well as H-1B, L-1, E-3, E-2, and TN visa classifications.  Ms. Wasserstein developed her interest in immigration law while in law school, where she primarily studied immigration law and worked for the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, writing comments on behalf of the ACLU on INS' regulations regarding mandatory and indefinite detention.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wasserstein practiced in both the federal government and the private sector handling a wide array of complex federal litigation.  She holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.  Ms. Wasserstein is a member of the State Bar of California.
