Alissa Klein is an associate at Immigration Law Group. She is experienced in both employment and family based immigration law, including marriage and fiancé petitions, L visas, H-1B visas, and PERM applications. Ms. Klein is a member of the Maryland Bar. She received her J.D. from Tulane University and her B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Ms. Klein developed an interest in immigration law while attending law school, where she served as a clerk/intern at the New Orleans Immigration Court (EOIR). During her clerkship at the New Orleans Immigration Court she worked closely with Immigration Judges and Clerks and researched issues regarding asylum, removal and criminal convictions.
